The platform stated the new system was more in line with similar services. They have suggested members to check their listings and adjust the sizing manually when needed, causing user dissatisfaction. Measurement Approach Modifications Earlier, the sizing featured a single numeric size and a letter, such as S/8 or M/10. The revised method features a letter with a size spectrum like S/UK 8-10. With some products, the measurements have been reclassified - such as a large size was formerly size 12 but now shows as UK 16-18. Member Experiences Frankie Bridger, who creates plus-size fashion videos, said the change "makes both selling and buying harder". "Rarely do manufacturers list XL as sizes 20-22," the way the service now categorizes. A different member, from Glasgow, stated items she posted with size 14 tags were appearing on the platform as larger sizing 20-22. "Should someone sized 20-22 purchase these they will likely be quite upset," she said. Necessary Adjustments Another shopper, based in Derby, stated she felt frustrated by the change as she had to manually change the measurements for "each individual item". This isn't the first time when a surprising modification on the platform has faced criticism: earlier, the service retracted a modification regarding delivery choices after backlash from users.
